1st Level Administrator

Your role

  • 1st Level Support: Together with your colleague at the Kadan site, you will be responsible for providing support to users at the site. You will provide support on site, by telephone, or via the ticket system.
  • Monitoring the server and network landscape: Initial troubleshooting of the server and network landscape is part of your responsibilities. You will also perform initial troubleshooting of the international server and network landscape.
  • Preparation of assets: The installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware is part of your area of responsibility.
  • System work: Support/assistance with system work and adjustments.
  • Technical support for media rooms: You will be responsible for the functionality of the video conferencing equipment in the media rooms at the Kadan site.
  • IT projects: You will provide support for various IT infrastructure projects, e.g., hardware replacement, etc.
  • Production support: You will be the central point of contact for technical questions within production and will advise the specialist department.

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g., IT specialist in system administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Experience in IT support and helpdesk
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and customer service mindset
  • Good written and spoken Czech and English skills, ideally with additional German skills
