Cable Jointer and Trainer (m/f/d)

Your role
- Installation of PFISTERER MV, HV and EHV cable accessories according to the instructions, drawings and other technical instructions to achieve the expected result and high level of workmanship
- Working compliance with project requirements and site SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement)
- Planning of jointing works to minimise delays and maximise efficencies
- Conducting trainings independently in our training hub and maintaining a high level of training
- Maintain tools and material inventory records for the training hub
- Participate in product improvement (be proactive with suggestions and ideas)
- Respectful and trustworthy communication towards clients and customers
- Reporting and ensuring the flow of information from construction sites/training hub to the Manager / Responsible local team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your profile
- Electrical or mechanical technician education (knowledge)
- At least 4 years of experience of MV and/or HV cable preparation works and cable accessories installation works
- Previous experience in MV and HV jointing works
- Previous experience in EHV jointing works is an advantage
- Knowledge of health and safety in the work environment
- Knowledge about electricity and understanding of medium and high voltage cable systems
- Willingness to learn, develop and travel
- Fluent English, Arabic language skills are preferred
